Virka Info

In Virka customers get personal service.


Virka Info is a public information service that answers questions about the City of Helsinki and its services at the information desk of the City Hall lobby, as well as by the phone and e-mail. In addition to Finnish and Swedish, service is also available in several other languages.

 

Public information service

The staff of the Virka Info public information service, located in the City Hall lobby, is happy to answer any questions the visitors may have and provide assistance in the use of customer computers and wlan. The info desk also provides the latest information about current events and exhibitions at Virka, as well as tickets to concerts, guided City Hall tours and other Virka events.

Virka Info is open Mon–Fri 9–19, Sat–Sun 11–17.
Visiting addresses are Sofiankatu 1 and Pohjoisesplanadi 11–13.

Telephone helpline

Open on weekdays, the Virka helpline provides information about the services and amenities of the City of Helsinki, contact details of city employees and offices, as well as assistance in other Helsinki-related matters.
